REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Download, read and complete ALL the forms below. Parents/guardians are encouraged to read the Youth Commitment Form and the Campers Code of Conduct with their little ones. Payment should be remitted to any Republic Bank branch to account 870801241001 in the name of Ann Carlo Enterprises Global Company Limited. Ensure that the name of your child is clearly stated on the bank receipt then scan and email a copy of bank receipt and signed registration forms to [email protected]. Alternatively, you can also drop off copy of bank receipt and completed registration form in a sealed envelope at the YWCA Building mailbox or office located at Gordon Street St. Augustine. For inquiries contact us at 4860277. Registration is only confirmed when the forms are completed, submitted and acknowledged and the fees paid in full. We are offering individual attention to facilitate hands on learning and encourage you to register early as SPACE IS LIMITED.
